3、中心端監控平臺包含污染源中心端過程監控系統。采用B/S體系架構,接受現場端污染源排放過程工況監控系統發送的數據,實現對現場端數據匯總、報警管理、相關性模型分析等業務功能,系統可根據實際環保業務管理情況,針對排污收費、總量核定、排污權交易及其他業務需求進行擴展;
